Q. Is an appointment required to receive a service?
A. We are an appointment based salon. Although we can on occasion
ocoamodate a walk-in, we encourage clients to book an appointment for your convenience.
Q. Does Iconic Male, only provide services to men?
A. No. We are a male focused salon but we are not male exclusive. Our iconic experiences are available to everyone.
Q. Why do you need my credit card information to book an appointment?
A. We require a credit card to secure your appointment. The card is not charged
and you are only authorizing it to be used to cover no-show or applicable
cancellation fees.
Q. If I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment, how do I go about doing
that and is there a fee for doing so?
A. We realize that things come kup and it may be necessary to cancel or
reschedule your appointment, you can either do this online or by calling the
salon and requesting that your appointment be cancelled or reschedule. If the
appointment change in done within the timeframe allotted to cancellation, No
